Shipping policy
Item(s) must be returned within 14 days after arrival. Refund will be given as: Refund Money. We gladly accept returns as long as they meet our basic conditions: All returns require an RMA (Return of Material Authorization) number. Please request one by contacting Customer Support. Customer Support will then email return instructions to the email on file. No Credit will be given for items returned without an RMA number. If the return isn't honored the item will be returned to the customer at their expense, in general there is no restocking fee for orders returned under the regular circumstances.
